General terms for enquiries and quotations
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Enough information and, where needed, a site visit are required before work can be assessed.
Quotations
A quotation should identify the agreed scope, assumptions, exclusions, price basis and validity period. Changes requested after acceptance may require a revised price and programme.
Materials and access
Material choices, site access, utilities, parking, permissions and protection of occupied areas should be agreed for each project.
Timescales
Indicative dates can be affected by material availability, access, weather, hidden conditions and approved changes. Project-specific arrangements take priority over this general page.
Project-specific agreement
Final payment terms, warranties, cancellation arrangements and responsibilities must be stated in the written quotation or contract agreed for the individual project.
