01

Who is responsible

Sean McGee is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to [email protected] or by WhatsApp to +34 711 051 205.

02

Information you provide

If you use the enquiry form, the secure server receives your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, selected project type, project requirements and anything else you include. SendGrid processes those details to deliver the enquiry to Sean McGee. The website does not store form submissions in a database.

03

Technical information, storage and analytics

This website stores your selected language in your browser so it can remember your preference. It uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and which pages visitors use. Google Analytics may store identifiers and receives usage information such as pages viewed and general device information, but no enquiry-form details are sent. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as an IP address, browser information and request time, to operate and secure the service.

04

Payments and invoices

The private payment page sends the selected payment type, amount, purpose, name, email, business, project reference and optional tip you enter to the secure server. Stripe processes the billing address, tax details and card payment and creates the paid invoice. Card details are entered directly on Stripe and are never stored by this website. SendGrid receives the contact and invoice information needed to send the branded confirmation email and attach the paid invoice PDF.

05

Why information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, discuss or deliver requested services, maintain project records, protect the website and meet legal or accounting obligations. The legal basis will normally be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, or consent where required.

06

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only when necessary with service providers involved in hosting, email or project delivery, or when required by law. If you choose WhatsApp or another external service, that provider processes information under its own policy. Correspondence and project records are retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, working relationship, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Contact me to make a request. You may also complain to the data protection authority that applies to you.

08

Security, international access and updates

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Some service providers may process information outside your country and must apply the safeguards required by applicable law. This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.
