The website describes services, examples and starting prices in good faith. It is general information, not a binding offer. The final scope, price, timescale, deliverables and support are confirmed in writing before work begins.
The €100 starter website
The €100 price applies to the agreed one-page starter website described in the written scope. No upfront payment is required for that offer. Payment becomes due after the agreed page is completed, reviewed and accepted. Extra pages, paid services, premium assets, domains, hosting and work outside the agreed scope are priced separately.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions, timely feedback and content you have permission to use, including text, photographs, logos and customer data. Delays in content, approvals or access may change the delivery date. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims and published content.
Revisions, payment and ownership
Included revisions and payment dates are stated in the written project scope. Until full payment, working files and unpaid deliverables remain Sean McGee’s property. After full payment, rights in the agreed final custom deliverables transfer as stated in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences.
Domains, hosting and integrations
Third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, payment providers, booking systems, APIs and plugins have their own prices and terms. Their availability, security and future changes are outside Sean McGee’s control, although reasonable help will be provided to configure agreed integrations.
SEO and results
SEO work is carried out according to the agreed scope and may include technical setup, content structure and local search work. Search engines, advertising platforms and third-party directories control their own results. Any specific ranking or performance commitment applies only when it is expressly written into the project agreement.
Liability and acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation or copy protected work without permission. To the extent allowed by law, Sean McGee is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party services, unauthorised changes, incorrect client content or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
