Terms of Service

1. Service overview

TintMania provides mobile car window tinting, windscreen tinting and dechrome services across Torrevieja, the Costa Blanca and surrounding areas. We travel to your home, workplace or chosen location to carry out the work.

2. Bookings and deposits

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment date.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 3 working days before your scheduled installation date. Cancellations made with less than 3 working days notice will forfeit the deposit.

If you need to change the date, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. On the day

Your vehicle must be at the agreed location at the agreed time. If the vehicle is not available or access is not possible on arrival, the full deposit will be retained.

Windows must be free from existing tint film, stickers and wind deflectors unless removal was included in your quote. If removal is needed on the day and was not quoted, additional charges will apply.

We carry out basic cleaning and preparation of the glass before installation. Excessively dirty windows may affect the final finish.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices shown on this website are guide prices in euros. Your final price is confirmed at the time of booking based on the specific vehicle and service selected.

Payment is due in full on completion of the installation. We accept cash and bank transfer.

5. Film selection

You may adjust your film shade or tier selection on the day of installation before work begins. Changes requested after the installation has started may incur additional charges for materials.

6. Warranty

All installations are covered by a manufacturer warranty on the film: 7 years on Esprit (ATC), 10 years on Comfort (ATR), 12 years on Premium (LATI). Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page. The warranty applies to the original vehicle and is not transferable.

7. Limitation of liability

TintMania will not be held liable for any damage, loss or expense caused by improper care of the tinted film after installation, glass breakage unrelated to our work, or pre-existing defects in the vehicle glass.

Our total liability in any claim is limited to the price paid for the service in question.

8. Legal compliance

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any window tinting installed complies with local traffic laws and ITV requirements. TintMania offers film that meets Spanish regulations, but the customer assumes responsibility for the shade chosen and its use on public roads.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
