Up to 12 Year Film Warranty
Every TintMania installation is backed by a manufacturer warranty on the film. The length of cover depends on the tier you choose: 7 years on Esprit (ATC), 10 years on Comfort (ATR), or 12 years on Premium (LATI).

What is covered
Your warranty covers defects in the window tinting film for the full term of the tier you purchased, as long as you remain the original owner of the vehicle. This includes:
- Cracking, peeling or delamination of the film
- Bubbling that appears after the initial curing period
- Excessive or unusual colour change or fading
- Adhesive failure causing the film to lift from the glass
- Any other failure due to a manufacturer defect in the film
What is not covered
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by factors outside normal use:
- Damage from improper cleaning, harsh chemicals or abrasive tools
- Scratches, cuts or tears caused by objects or contact
- Damage resulting from vehicle accidents or glass breakage
- Removal or alteration of the film by anyone other than TintMania
- Normal wear on the outer edge of the film at the window seal
- Damage caused by aftermarket accessories such as wind deflectors or suction mounts
Aftercare instructions
To keep your tint in perfect condition and maintain your warranty:
- Keep your windows fully closed for at least 5 days after installation to allow the film to cure
- Small water bubbles or a slight haze may appear during the curing period. This is normal and will clear within 2 to 4 weeks depending on weather
- Clean tinted windows using only a soft cloth and soapy water. Avoid ammonia-based products such as standard glass cleaners
- Do not use abrasive pads, scrapers or sharp objects on the tinted surface
- Avoid placing stickers or suction cups directly on the tinted glass
How to make a claim
If you notice any issue that you believe is covered under warranty, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Send us a photo of the problem and your original booking details. We will assess the claim and, if it falls within the warranty terms, arrange a replacement installation at no charge.
